These 4 distinct engagement models help our customers achieve the right balance between operational efficiency and associated cost. Our customers maintain full management control over their project and we provide them complete visibility of their project’s progress on a daily basis, which ever engagement model is chosen
- Total Offshore
- Hybrid Model 1
- Hybrid Model 2
- Team OnBoard
Total Offshore
In Total Offshore engagement model, Intagleo offshore teams works in close collaboration with the designated Project Manager (point person) of the customer side. Intagleo’s proven communication models, infrastructure and best practices, ensure a seamless offshore development operation.
The Total offshore model has the following key advantages
- Offers highest cost advantages and ROI to clients
- It is the most frequently used model by Intagleo's clients
- Even without onsite presence the customer retains full control over the development process, resources and results.
Hybrid Model 1
Hybrid Model I is a combination of one on-site representative of Intagleo and a full offshore software development team. The major role of the on-site representative is to work as a bridge between the customer and the off-shore development team, to reduce the customer’s time and effort in finalising the business specifications, thus achieving greater productivity, faster results and reduced cost
Hybrid Model 2
Hybrid Model II is combination of balanced Offshore and Onsite teams for better productivity. Typically in this model, the onsite team handles client interaction, requirements gathering, project management and final implementation, while the larger offshore team’s service offerings will include product design, coding and testing. The ratio of onsite-offshore effort is determined based on parameters of cost, domain complexity and the relative changeability of requirements. This model helps customers manage offshore and outsourced work quickly and easily, again minimising costs and speeding time to implementation. This is especially beneficial for example, in projects with tight deadlines or those that require close and continued discussions between the customer and the design and development team.
Team OnBoard
It is sometimes preferred to have the analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment and support entirely executed within the client’s premises. The OnBoard team of manager, business analysts, programmers and testers coordinate and execute their work seamlessly as an integrated part of the customer’s own development team. This delivery model works well in reducing turnaround time, particularly in instances where the requirements are changeable and evolving. We see this used by our customers especially where software professionals are provided onsite for short-term engagements, to address backlogs or sudden tides in workload.
